Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the scooter in its original box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and chargers are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
